Job Scope
  • Motivate students to achieve academic success and cultivate good learning habits
  • Onboard and navigate parents through the Geniebook platform to improve their child's user experience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customers' queries in a timely manner
  • Participate in engagement activities to bring up student’s activity and usage rate
  • Conduct monthly 1-1 performance reviews with students to help them learn better and smarter
  • Design a 1-year study pathway in collaboration with parents and students to optimise their learning experience
  • Assist with other tasks as needed set by the Manager


Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year’s experience caring for customers in a B2C context and 1 year’s experience working with children
  • Excellence communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and tech-savvy
  • Passionate about helping students
  • Must love working with children ages 7-14
  • Knowledge in subjects like Maths, Science, and English is strongly desirable
  • Highly organised and self-disciplined
  • Working schedule
    • Three weekdays: 11 am to 8 pm
    • Sat and Sun: 10 am to 7 pm
  • Dynamic and willing to scope with start-up business environment
