In this role, you will be leading a group of talented sales team to expand and grow our regional sales across a few countries that we operate in (e.g. Singapore, Malaysia). Act as thought leaders to scale and develop our salesforce to the next level. Ideal candidates will have experience managing sales team size of 100 or more in EdTech industry and have experience to rapidly scale up business in emerging market. Job Scope

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop sales strategy

  • Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Devise an upselling, cross-selling, and new acquisition strategy to hit the sales targets
  • Ensure smooth execution of the sales plan

2. Expand sales channels

  • Work with the marketing team to maximize leads quantity and quality
  • Work with the product and engineering team on the product roadmap
  • Identify opportunities and gaps through market and competitor research

3. Systemize the sales process and tactics

  • Ensure proper documentation of the key sales processes
  • Enhance team effectiveness through the improvement of all the sales metrics
  • Ensure the creation of replicable sales training programs and content

4. Scale team

  • Scale high-performing sales teams
  • Optimize the interview process to increase hiring accuracy
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong track record of success in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Successfully built, scaled, and led a high-performing sales team.
